All feedback, compliments and complaints from our clients, client carers and volunteers are important to us and valued. This will provide us with the opportunity to review and improve our services and the support we provide.

All complaints received will be resolved in a fair and timely manner. You may send us your feedback or complaint without providing your name; however, it does assist us in having this information should we need to ask for more information if required.
