Individual Social Services
Our Individual Social Support Services enable people to attend essential health and medical appointments, lifestyle appointments such as going to the hairdresser or barber, do their grocery shopping, run errands and visit shopping centres or places of interest such as the library or a community event.
We also support social connectivity for our clients through our Individual Support Services with our volunteers able to visit a client’s home for a cup of tea and a chat or going to a cafe and engaging with the wider community.
A small fee is charged for our Individual Social Support services as required by the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) Consumer Contribution Framework.
We also provide regular social activities and outings for our clients both at our Little Street premises and in the community within and beyond the Camden LGA.
